New Testnet Release
This week, we’re launching a new testnet release, called ‘Something Snarky’, along with a new challenge where we involve you to create zk-SNARKs and experiment with the economics on the testnet, read on for the challenge details.
Challenge #15 ‘Something Snarky’
[UPDATED] This week's challenge is to earn testnet tokens by performing SNARK work. Node operators that produce at least one SNARK will get 1000 pts* .
[UPDATED] Top 3 node operators who are able to earn the most tokens with their SNARKs on the snarketplace will win an additional +3000 pts* , +2000 pts* , and +1000 pts* respectively. Hint — your SNARKs are more likely to be bought if the fees are lower, so feel free to experiment with the economics!
Goodbye Challenge #3 Community Helper
Many members became leaders in the community, and are actively helping each other - nice work! The bar to earn Testnet Points* is getting higher. Instead of earning pts* with challenge #3, the community awards will be given to the Community Gold and Silver MVPs - keep helping each other, but expect to step it up to get your points* !
To summarize, we have 10 active challenges for you to earn Testnet Points* - #1, #2, #3, #4, #5, #6, #7, #10, #11, #15. Did you complete them all yet?
Check out where you rank and the brand new design of the leaderboard.
